"Independent Insurance Adjuster" is the biggest lie ever put over onto the American policy holder. Think about it:

  1. Their insurance company hires the "Independent Adjuster", from a Company that rents adjusters
  2. Their insurance company trains and guides the "Independent Adjuster" on their Claim Process
  3. Their "Independent Adjuster" prepares and organizes a claim according to your insurance company's guidelines, and solely on behalf of your insurance company

How Independent is that? 1 adjuster CAN NOT fairly represent 2 parties. No one can ever serve 2 masters.

A Public Adjuster represents you, and only you... never an insurance company. Would you hire the IRS to prepare your taxes? Why allow their Insurance Company's Adjuster or Claim Representative (only an "employee") to prepare your claim?

A Public Adjuster is State-licensed, so they must first be:  finger-printed, tested, bonded, and often are required by the State, to be apprenticed... all just to become licensed.

They take and pass 18 - 24 college credit hours every 2 years, just to retain their license.
